I don’t know if we had bad luck but the 2 vegan pizzas we tried weren’t good at all. One of them was too salty because it had caper and olives. And the capers where too fried, almost burnt. Also we were expecting that the ‘Parmesan cheese’ were an actual vegan cheese but it was just toasted crushed Caju nuts. The dough and the tomato sauce were good though. The Piena si verdure was somewhat better, acceptable I’d say, but still they could improve their vegan cheeses otherwise it just feels like the improvised some sort of vegan pizza. The service and the place were good. If they worked a little bit more on these two vegan pizzas I think they could have a great product. I’d suggest for the vegans just to order a marinara and perhaps add some extra toppings to your taste.

The pizzas are baked with a wood oven they are really tasty, the staff is nice.

We both ordered a Margherita ++ pizza. Not sure what happened but we barely had any tomato sauce on the pizza, the whole thing was swimming in water/liquid which made the bottom crust so mushy it was distasteful. The cocktails & service were good. Pizza however was far from a good Neapolitan style pizza.Update 3.1.2020Went back last week after a disappointing experience a few months ago. This time the pizza was excellent, truly delicious! We will be back!

I highly recommend this place because pizzas are very tasty, original and service is quite good. There are some options of handcrafted beers, very good too. Nice atmosphere.

Best pizza I have ever had. No other gourmet pizza I’ve ever eaten has even held a torch to Nina. Our server, Leo, was what truly made the experience absolutely phenomenal.

This is out of the way from Old Quebec, but very different and very authentic tasting Italian-style pizza! The atmosphere was nice, and the service was great. Would definitely recommend, we walked from Old Quebec area but probably better to drive as it is off the hill.

Pizza here is amazing. We really enjoyed both pizzas we got - 5 cheeses, and margherita. Delicious, fresh, crispy and so Italian. Definitely coming back next time we’re in Quebec City.

Best napolitain pizza in town, maybe in the province. The custom wood oven makes all the difference. Wide selection of pizzas and antipasti. Reservations are required as it is extremely popular.

Good pizza. Oven from Italy. Friendly staff. Reservations recommended especially for group of 4 or more. We sat at the window on bar stools and enjoyed a pizza, the crust and sauce are really nice! Accepts credit cards.

Eating pizza here was an emotional experience. Just so good! We got a table at the counter and so we could see exactly how they were making the pizzas. Our chef, a very sweet woman, took to us, and kept chatting with us and making small talk. Overall, a very good experience. Super friendly and super awesome food. The one thing I will caution people is to double and triple check their cars, if they are parking on the same street as the restaurant. My car was broken into and my bag was stolen. So please keep your valuables with you, or in the trunk and make sure you check that your car is locked. Again, food was awesome! Do go here and hog as much as possible :)

We walked up at 6:00pm on a Sunday evening expecting to wait a while or perhaps do carry-out. But, we got seated right away. We sat at the counter overlooking the whole pizza-making operation - which our kids LOVED. They didn’t look at a screen the whole time. I’ve pretty much forgotten all the French I learned in high school, but the staff easily switched to English for us. The cooks answered our questions about ingredients as we watched them make everyone’s pizzas. When we were negotiating with my son about how much salad he had to eat, one of the cooks joined in and offered to make him some fresh bread if he ate the salad. He did and she did. And the price was totally reasonable. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Lovely restaurant if you're in the area and looking for some real good pizza. They dont have menus in English but the wait staff were all happy to help out if we had any questions! The atmosphere is clean and modern and if you sit in the front you can watch them make the pizzas in their wood oven. Highly reccomend!

Excellent pizza! Loved the dough/crust. Pizza was thin and they have many choices of toppings. Definitely a hidden gem! Looked pretty popular among locals. We tried the Funghi and Sopresatta, each has their unique flavors.

This pizza was delicious - just as great as the pizza I had in Naples Italy. Authentic and cooked perfectly. The mushroom pizza was incredible as well as the classic margarita. Will definitely order again next time I’m back in the area

We loved this place. We didn’t have a reservation, but the hostess was nice enough to get us drinks from the bar while we waited for seating to open up. We got seated at the bar in the back room. The bartender was very attentive and the pizza was great. He could tell we were from out of town and unsolicited gave us a list of 4 nearby places to go for a drink after. That was incredibly thoughtful and unexpected.

Very good. We did not have reservations but they let us sit in the window and that was awesome.

The pizza I ate tonight was the best I've ever eat, and by far! The place is very cute, the service was fast, impeccable and courteous!It was the first time even if I live in Quebec City but sure not the last!Many more awesome pizzas to come ❤️

Cocktails are excellent. Absolutely loved the Amaretto sour made from local liquor Avril. Burrata was quite good. Pizza was quite good, but didn't really stand out compared to others made in a pizza oven. I would have liked a little more char on my crust to complement the sweetness of the sauce. Will definitely go back to try a different pizza and to enjoy drinks with friends.

I really struggled with this rating and wanted to rate them higher but honestly I could not get past the fact the pizza dough was barley cooked. We brought the issue to our server, who I might say was very courteous and professional, I just had a hard time agreeing with him on the fact the crust should be doughy and raw as it was. Doughy is one thing but this pizza was on the verge of raw dough, it was gooey not chewy. I think the situation is that this restaurant is extremely popular and the one oven just can't keep up with the number of orders.Apparently I only hold this opinion (see the raving reviews) so my suggestion would be to tell them to cook your pizza well done. Don't worry it won't come out burnt.

Loved this place. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, good beer selection and the food was outstanding. We shared a delicious kale salad and each got a pie. My mushroom pizza was one of the best I’ve had. Short uber ride from old town, go early for dinner it was busy.

Thin hand made Italian pizza with delicious topping, great service. Not considering the price is a great place to chill with friends everyday.

Speaking as a New Yorker, a gentleman who has traveled all over the place with food constantly on my mind and lastly as someone who has spent weeks in the Quebeque, this is the most joyously made pizza in the area. Whether sitting by the quaint window, the playful bar area or the warm wood ice area, you'll find good service, food made with love and attention to detail. On Mondays many of the restaurants in Quebec are closed, but not to worry! Pizza ia always an option- and no better option than Nina! It was packed so we sat at the bar, took off our jackets & adjusted to the warmth emanating from the wood fired oven( do not try this in the summer!) and overlooked the guys kneading the dough and building the pizza while the young woman expertly & artfully managed the pizzas in the oven. The staff was friendly and helpful despite being busy. We shared the small mista salad and a pizza with prosciutto kalmatta olives and artichoke. Wonderful. The crust was thin but not too crisp, the sauce and the cheese just perfect. Together with a glass of wine was exactly what we needed after a long day to relax and reflect.

They don't make pizza, they make art. This is an amazing restaurant everyone get to know while in Quebec.The pizza dough is tasty and cooked perfectly. The ingredients are fresh and seem to be hand-picked by the chef. They have creative flavors, like pistachio sauce, lemon pie pizza (a beautiful pie, by the way), or even their own homemade Nutella (which they call Ninatella).Team is amazing and service follows food's great standard. The chef has a smile on her face all the time and keeps control of the team in a way to be admired by any business administration lover.Try seating at the counter where they make the pizzas - it will make your experience even cooler.

Very crowded when we went. But the food was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and spoke English no problem, which is good because my French leaves a lot to be desired.
